A native of Norwood, Minnesota, Dr. Joos attended the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science in 2000. While attending UWRF, she moved to Gainsville, Texas and completed an underdraduate internship at Carol Rose Quarter Horses.
She then went on to Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine where she, again graduated magna cum laude. From there, she returned to the Whitesboro area, completing an internship here, at Performance Equine Associates.She then, joined Garner Veterinary Services in private, equine practice.
Dr. Joos returned to us, at Performance Equine Associates in July, 2005, and her areas of professional interested include general ambulatory practice and lameness diagnosis and treatment.
